Yes, they are required. To open our doors to visitors, we will need to mitigate the risk to you and our staff. Guests to our galleries will need to wear a face mask at all times. This will, of course, include our staff members. We want to prevent the spread of COVID-19. We have a clean space at the entrance of each gallery to sanitize your hands and adorn your face mask.

We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 72 hours of receipt - unless special terms formally agreed upon before shipment leaves the gallery.
Please contact us within the agreed timeline to arrange the exchange or return of the purchased artwork. Artwork returned for exchange can quickly be packaged in the same container as it was shipped. All artwork, including its frame (if applicable) returned for exchange, must be received undamaged.
Return shipping costs, including customs brokerage/duties fees that may apply, are the purchaser's responsibility.
We can ship anywhere in the world but rates vary according to distance. We use Canada Post, DHL, and Canpar, depending on the destination country. Please contact us for specific rates.

For orders in Canada, you should receive your items on average of 3-5 business days after they have been received by a courier service. For orders in the U.S, you should expect to receive your items within 2 -3 business days. We are not responsible for delays in international customs.

No, not unless it is specifically stated in the details of the artwork. We only list the canvas size on our website. If the painting is marked FRAMED, add from 5 to 10 inches extra to give you a framed measurement.
Yes, unless the painting is marked UNFRAMED. We allow for a framing allowance within that price.

We do our best to get the most accurate colour when photographing our artist's paintings and sculptures. It is challenging to capture subtleties and textures on a computer screen. Our goal is to do our best to match the colours, If you are uncertain about the colours, please contact us, and we can send you additional images to give you a better sense of the colours and texture of the artwork.
We do our best to keep the website up to date on an hourly basis. We photograph and publish new artwork as it arrives and update availability frequently. Don't be afraid to contact us if there is a painting or sculpture you have been admiring. You will always remember the one that got away!
