We are not limiting the number of patrons into our spaces. However, as a privately owned business, we reserve the right to ask large groups not to enter our business without an appointment.
As a private gallery and business, we require an appointment set up no later than 72 hours before visiting. In addition, we limit ten members of the visiting group and require an instructor/supervisor to be present.
We reserve the right to limit the number of visitors further or deny entry if the field trip is unscheduled or impacts the operation of our business.

Yes, but we have deliberately removed an "add to cart" button and the "shopping cart" from our website because we sell one-of-a-kind, original art; we must confirm its availability first.

At that point, we can send you a secure online invoice or, if you prefer to speak by phone to ensure any additional requirements such as delivery, shipping, framing, payment plans, etc., we would be pleased to talk with you.

We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 72 hours of receipt - unless special terms are formally agreed upon before shipment leaves the gallery.
Artwork returned for exchange can quickly be packaged in the same container as it was shipped. All artwork, including its frame (if applicable) returned for exchange, must be received undamaged. All costs involved in return shipping are the responsibility of the purchaser. For international clients, this includes any applicable brokerage/customs fees.

Our customers live all across the globe, so we frequently ship anywhere. We utilize courier companies such as DHL, Canpar, Canada Post & Purolator to fulfill purchase deliveries. In addition, we will send a secure pickup location if you live in a rural area with a P.O. Box.

No, not unless it is specifically stated in the details of the artwork. We only list the canvas size on our website. If the painting is marked FRAMED, add from 5 to 10 inches extra to give you a framed measurement.
We do not include the size of the frame unless it is expressly stated in the details of the artwork. For example:
Paintings categorized as UNFRAMED are intended by the artist to be hung as is. Therefore, the stated price does not include framing.
Paintings categorized as FRAMED are intended by the artist to be displayed in a frame either selected by themselves or by our gallery. We do our best to disclose the framed size in the artwork details, but a safe estimate would be to all 5" to 10" on top of the stated size.
We would be happy to discuss and show you other framing options available to you. If the artist has framed the painting, permission must be granted before changes are made.
We do our best to get the most accurate colour when photographing our artist's paintings and sculptures. It is challenging to capture subtleties and textures on a computer screen. Our goal is to do our best to match the colours, If you are uncertain about the colours, please contact us, and we can send you additional images to give you a better sense of the colours and texture of the artwork.
We do our best to keep the website up to date hourly. We photograph and publish new artwork as it arrives and update availability frequently. Don't be afraid to contact us if there is a painting or sculpture you have been admiring. You will never forget the one that got away!
