Richard Cole
Richard Cole, born in Edmonton, AB, in 1968, is a renowned painter with a decorative finishing and design background. After studying at the Alberta College of Art and Design, Cole became known for his figurative realism and landscape painting work, mainly inspired by the Northwest Coast and Canadian prairies. His art captures the essence of his subjects through masterful use of colour, light, and perspective, earning him acclaim as Canada's most sought-after decorative painter. Cole, who now resides in Fort Langley, BC, has also authored a children's book titled "The Boy Who Paints" in 2013, reflecting his passion for the dynamic beauty of landscapes—the movement of the air around you.
