Delivery times vary based on the destination and chosen courier service. For shipments to the U.S.A., expect a delivery time of roughly 5-10 business days. Contact us with your specific requirements for precise shipping times and costs, and we'll provide a detailed estimate

We accept returns for exchange or store credit within 72 hours of receipt, unless special terms have been formally agreed upon before the shipment leaves the gallery.

Artwork returned for exchange must be packaged in the same container it was shipped in and received undamaged, including its frame if applicable. All costs involved in return shipping, including any applicable brokerage/customs fees for international clients, are the responsibility of the purchaser. Absolutely! We frequently ship artwork to customers all across the globe. We utilize courier companies such as DHL, Canpar, Canada Post, and Purolator to fulfill purchase deliveries. If you live in a rural area with a P.O. Box, we'll provide you with a secure pickup location. While we strive to dispatch purchases within two working days, delivery times may vary depending on the selected service and destination. Please contact us for specific shipping rates and information.

Customs & Duties

We provide all necessary documentation, including a commercial invoice, certificate of authenticity, and other required paperwork to facilitate a smooth customs clearance process. Our team can also assist with any customs-related queries.

As an international customer, you may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and other import charges upon the artwork's arrival in your country. However, customers from countries part of the Canada-United States-Mexico Agreement (CUSMA) are exempt from Canadian taxes but may incur import fees. We recommend checking with your local customs office for specific details.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for exchange or store credit within seven calendar days of receipt unless special terms are agreed upon before shipment. To be eligible, the artwork must be in its original, undamaged condition and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. All costs involved in return shipping are the purchaser's responsibility, including any applicable brokerage/customs fees. Read our Return Policy for further information

We work on a 72-hour exchange policy. Your window to bring it back for a different art piece or a store credit begins from your invoice date.

International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including customs duties or taxes incurred during the return process.

Canadian customers, in general, must cover return costs from locations other than Edmonton, AB or Victoria, BC. However, some promotions might offer free returns with subsequent purchases.
