Refund Policy: At West End Gallery, we stand behind the quality of our artwork and strive for customer satisfaction. Due to the unique nature of each piece, we do not offer refunds but will work with you to find a satisfactory solution. Refunds: Sorry, we do not offer refunds as original art cannot be returned.

Exchange Consideration: All exchanges are assessed on a case-by-case basis to ensure our customers have the best experience. Unreasonable or excessive exchange requests may result in the rejection of future transactions. In cases where there’s ambiguity regarding the purchase, store credit will be the mode of exchange. Exchange Timeframes: You have 72 hours from the invoice date to request an exchange for in-store purchases. For delivered items, the window is 72 hours post-delivery. International customers have 7 days from delivery unless special terms were arranged. Exchange Windows: In-store: 72 hours. Delivered: 72 hours. International: 7 days.
In-Store Exchange Procedure: To initiate an exchange for in-store purchases, contact us, ensure the artwork is packed safely, and return it to the original purchase location. There might be charges for items requiring special handling. In-Store Exchanges: Contact us, repack the art, and return it. If we rented a 26' truck to deliver it, you may be on the hook for the rental fee.
Shipped Item Exchange Procedure: For exchanges of shipped items, contact us. Repackage in the original container. We'll handle pickup, and you'll get an emailed weigh-bill to attach to the package. Store the artwork safely until courier pickup. We'll process exchanges or issue store credit after inspecting the returned artwork. When returning items internationally, it is the shipper's responsibility to cover any customs duties and import fees. Shipped Exchanges: Reach out, pack it up, we'll book it, give it to the courier. Some international returns can have extra fees. Let's talk.
Exchange Criteria: The artwork must be in its original, pristine condition, including frames, certificates, or any other documents. Original packaging should be preserved. Proof of purchase is mandatory. Return shipping costs and special handling charges are your responsibility.  Exchange Requirements: Keep it all together. Keep it safe. You might cover some costs.
Inter-Gallery Viewing: We allow inter-gallery shipping to view artworks at sister locations. There's a non-refundable fee unless otherwise agreed. This covers the costs and risks of moving artworks. Viewing Fee: We will move it from one gallery to the other. There is a fee.
Layaway Policy: Our layaway policy includes terms for the layaway, payment schedule, cancellation, communication, commitment, and ownership. The layaway plans are set up for a period of three months unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The first payment represents one-third of the total value of the artwork plus applicable taxes. The payment schedule involves subsequent instalments due around the same date every month. The artwork is reserved for you until final payment. Our layaway program is considered a final sale item. Refunds in cash or credit card are not available in these circumstances. Once the final payment is received, the artwork will be made available for collection or shipment. Please let us know if your financial situation changes or if you anticipate any payment delays; clear communication is essential. *More terms and conditions apply* Layaway: No-interest. Exceptions: We don't process exchanges or returns for final sale items, gift cards, commissioned artworks, or items on layaway/payment plans. Hard No Exchanges or Refunds: Final sale items, gift cards, commissions, or layaway items.
