Field Trips at West End Gallery
Thank you for considering visiting the West End Gallery with your group or students. We operate independently and rely on the support and patronage of our visitors. This means we prioritize providing an exceptional experience to those who come through our doors and manage our space to ensure it remains conducive to promoting and selling our artists' artwork.
Booking Your Visit:
- Schedule in Advance: To ensure the best experience, schedule field trips at least two weeks in advance.
- Confirm Visitor Numbers: Finalize the number of participants at least five days before your visit. Please communicate any changes promptly.
- Payment Options: Payment can be made over the phone or through a secure online invoice sent via email. A gallery representative will send you a reservation number for your records.
- Sorry, No Walk-Ins: Groups without a reservation may be asked to return at a later date to maintain the quality of our patrons' experiences. Secure your spot to avoid disappointment.
Pricing:
- Small Groups (up to 10 visitors): $75.00 per group.
- Larger Groups (11 to 20 visitors): $175.00 per group.
Student Chaperone Policy:
Chaperone Requirement: We require one chaperone for every ten students to ensure an enjoyable and respectful visit for all.
