Your artwork is one of a kind, and we treat it that way. We carefully prepare each piece to ensure it arrives safely. While our goal is to package and send it within three business days, sometimes we need a little more time. We appreciate your patience as we ensure everything is in order.
Understanding Shipping & Handling Costs
Several factors, including the package's weight, volume, and destination, influence the shipping fees. We'll calculate these fees and share them with you before you complete your purchase. For insurance purposes, we must use our own shipping brokerage service.

Tracking Your Order
Once your artwork is on its way, we'll send you a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's journey and estimated arrival time.
When Will Your Artwork Arrive?
We work with reliable couriers to get your artwork to you swiftly. But sometimes, factors beyond our control can affect delivery times. Once we have an estimated delivery window, we'll be sure to let you know.
Your Role in the Delivery Process
When your artwork arrives, please inspect the packaging in the presence of the courier before you sign for it. If there's any damage, note it down and take photos before accepting the delivery. If you're not there when the courier arrives, they'll try again the next business day. They'll leave a note with details for the next attempt. If they can't deliver on their second try, they'll ask you to pick it up. If you need another delivery attempt, there might be additional charges.
